These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7u7b platform. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 7u7b ("7u7b", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7u7b website, mobile platform, games, promotional offers and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service in any form — including by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 1. Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an active account with 7u7b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 7u7b strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) to verify your age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held will be forfeited. Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one account with 7u7b. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 7u7b uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals or bonus awards associated with duplicate accounts will be voided without compensation.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, registered mobile number and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date; failure to do so may delay withdrawal processing or account verification.
2. Account Management and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 7u7b account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
Password Security
You must keep your password confidential at all times and must not share it with any third party. 7u7b will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including chat support, email or telephone. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, you must change it immediately and notify 7u7b support. 7u7b accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.
Account Suspension and Closure
7u7b reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, chargebacks, underage gambling, or failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements. Where an account is closed for a breach, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding breach, the account balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method after all pending wagers are settled.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 7u7b reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the current fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by the contact method on their account before any inactivity fee is applied. The account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the 7u7b platform — including deposits, withdrawals and refunds — are governed by the following payment terms. By initiating any financial transaction on the platform, you agree to these payment terms in full.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at 7u7b is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other supported Bangladeshi payment methods listed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and within a short processing window for bank transfers. 7u7b does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 7u7b's control.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 7u7b payments team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the account — 7u7b does not process withdrawals to new or third-party accounts. All active wagering requirements associated with your account must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved. Processing times are target-based: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
KYC Verification
7u7b applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its obligations. KYC verification may be requested before the first withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative withdrawal threshold, or at any other time at 7u7b's discretion. You must provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. Verification documents are handled securely and in accordance with 7u7b's Privacy Policy.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload offers, VIP rewards and other promotional benefits offered by 7u7b are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion detail at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the rollover requirement; live casino games, crash games and fish games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse
7u7b actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting welcome bonus offers through multiple accounts; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between players to share bonus value; and claiming bonuses on behalf of another person. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry period from the date they are credited to your account. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account balance without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of each active bonus.
5. Responsible Gaming
7u7b is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling at 7u7b should be treated as a form of entertainment; it is not a method for generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you feel that gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work or mental health, please use the self-help tools described below or contact our support team for assistance.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 1 month to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, all access to the 7u7b platform will be blocked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and any pending bonus offers will be cancelled. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Reality Checks
Players may configure session time reminder alerts — commonly referred to as reality checks — within their account settings. When enabled, a notification is displayed at the selected interval (e.g. every 30 minutes) showing your total session duration and net wagering outcome for that session. 7u7b encourages all players to use this feature as a way of maintaining awareness of their gambling activity.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where applicable.
- Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or artificial intelligence to place wagers, interact with games or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software to derive financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity through the 7u7b platform, including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or pool funds in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's bonus or wagering rules.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through a payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute through 7u7b's customer support process. Chargebacks may result in immediate account closure and referral to a debt collection process.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7b, its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if 7u7b has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7u7b's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which 7u7b operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved through 7u7b's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.
8. Amendments to These Terms
7u7b reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the publication of the updated Terms on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account by contacting customer support. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, 7u7b will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details prior to the change taking effect.
